These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at walawalkar.com and any content, features, forms, or booking tools made available through it (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is operated by Walawalkar Enterprise LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India with its principal office in Pune, Maharashtra (“Walawalkar Enterprise,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
The Site is an informational website about Walawalkar Enterprise LLP and the strategic advisory, consulting, and thought-leadership services we provide in the clean energy sector. The Site allows visitors to learn about our team and work, read our insights and publications, and submit inquiries about advisory engagements or speaking invitations. The Site itself does not provide paid services, create a client relationship, or constitute the delivery of professional advice.

You should not submit any confidential, proprietary, or privileged information through the Site’s forms; if you need to share sensitive information, please contact us first to establish an appropriate channel.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any such dispute or claim, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, please stop using the Site.
